Design, nature, and well-being in the heart of the Alps
In Livigno, facing the cross-country ski trails and just steps away from the Carosello 3000 cable car, the new Paradise Lodge comes to life— a contemporary evolution of the historic Hotel Paradiso.
For generations, the Canepari family has safeguarded the tradition of Alpine hospitality, and today they reinterpret it with a modern touch, blending light, architecture, and nature. With 32 new rooms and 7 detached lodges, the gourmet restaurant Convivium, and the Soaria spa, the lodge becomes an elegant retreat designed for couples, families, and travelers seeking intimacy and rejuvenation.
THE PROJECT
The restyling of Paradise Lodge goes beyond a purely aesthetic intervention, rethinking the entire guest experience. At the heart of the transformation lies the new Soaria Spa, offering over 600 m² of Alpine wellness. An indoor-outdoor stainless steel pool, a bio sauna with Rais wood cladding, a thermally treated ash sauna, a Dolomite stone steam bath, and spacious relaxation areas turn the spa into a sensory journey between architecture and nature.

“An exciting project. With the Canepari family we shared a clear and authentic vision: to combine technical functionality, aesthetics, and the identity of the territory. The result is a restyling that respects the Alpine context while bringing a distinctive signature made of design, comfort, and emotion. It is even more significant because Paradise Lodge is a long-standing Sanae client: after fifteen years, their renewed trust demonstrates how the work we carried out—both in the design phase and in long-term assistance—has conveyed reliability and continuity, leading to this new confirmation.”.
Diego Gabrielli, CEO OF Sanae
“With Paradise Lodge, we wanted to create more than a hotel. We preserved the soul of Hotel Paradiso and projected it into the present, transforming it into a modern, bright, and welcoming retreat. The collaboration with Sanae and all partners made it possible to bring to life a space that expresses our mountains and offers an authentically rejuvenating experience.”
